had my 150 calories soup from jenny craig - potatoe garlic
ate my side salad - with fat free french - 35 calories
and some mandarin oranges 80 calories
then now im still F-ing hungry :( still have 730 calories to eat :)
i just noticed i never jounral my dinners so i will start doing that tonight!!!!

- 1130a, Biked for 48 mins - = to 10.2 miles on bike - nothing more cuz im on timeschedule :)

- jenny craig spinach and cheese totellin and a garden salad from BK but i havent eaten the salad yet saving for a snack. has light italian dressing
March 26th

Monday March 10

Official Day of FAT SMASH DIET ~ No Coffee bites , but oh well I can hang with 9 days I'm sure!
- 8:45 am - Breakfast was chai Tea - with non fast splash of milk over ice and Fat Free Yogurt with grapes, Strawberrys, blueberrys and cantelope. Wasn't as bad as I had imaged it would be so that was good
- 11:00 small amount of cantelope.
- 1:28 pm Lunch consisted of Brown Rice with Steamed veggies - carrots, califlower,broccolli, and water and lemon -
Cardio today was 30 mins of Eliptical training with 10 mins walking and light arms and shoulders and 35 crunches.
LOTS OF WATER and Lemon!
